DOT Return-to-Duty Evaluations
Bear’s Pathway Counseling provides Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations under 49 CFR Part 40 for employees who have violated DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Our role is to provide a professional, fair, and confidential evaluation process that helps employees understand and complete the necessary steps required by the DOT to work toward returning to safety-sensitive duties.
We understand that navigating the SAP process can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process as respectful, clear, and supportive as possible while helping individuals meet DOT requirements and move forward toward returning to work.
