Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor
LCSW#108232, LCDC, CCTP-II, EMDR TRAINED, CERTIFIED GRIEF EDUCATOR & TRAUMA COUNSELOR, LENS NEUROFEEDBACK PROVIDER, CERTIFIED SANDTRAY THERAPIST
I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating trauma, grief, loss, and addiction. Life can change in an instant — through loss, betrayal, trauma, or experiences that quietly accumulate over time. When pain is carried alone, it can begin to affect your confidence, relationships, and sense of stability. Therapy offers a place to slow down, process what has happened, and begin to heal at your own pace.
Grief and trauma do not follow a timeline. Sometimes we cope by pushing forward, avoiding what feels overwhelming, or telling ourselves we should be “over it” by now. If you are feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of where to go from here, you are not alone. There is space here for your story, without pressure, judgment, or expectation.
I believe deeply in self-determination and personal agency. You are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering compassionate guidance and evidence-based tools as you reconnect with your strengths and capacity for resilience. Together, we identify what healing looks like for you and create a path forward that feels meaningful and sustainable.
I provide mental health and substance use assessments, individualized treatment planning, and both individual counseling in-person and via telehealth. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I integrate EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and sand tray therapy to support clients working through trauma, grief, addiction, depression, anxiety, and complex life transitions.
With over 28 years of experience in social work, mental health services, and addiction, I specialize in trauma recovery, grief and loss, and co-occurring substance use concerns. I also incorporate recovery-oriented and harm-reduction approaches, meeting clients where they are and honoring their readiness for change.
Healing is not about forgetting what happened; it is about learning how to carry it differently. You will find a steady presence, a safe space, and support for every step along your path.

Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW #108972 | Supervised by Allison Moulder LCSW-S #57779
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their mental well-being. I enjoy supporting clients who are experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, and other life stressors that can impact emotional health.
I have experience working with both adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including the mental and behavioral health field and the criminal justice system. Through these experiences, I have developed a deep appreciation for the many challenges people face and the importance of providing compassionate, nonjudgmental support.
I have also worked with individuals facing significant health challenges, including those managing chronic illness. These experiences have shown me how important emotional support and healthy coping strategies can be in improving overall well-being.
In my work with clients, I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and grief counseling techniques to help clients develop practical tools for managing life’s difficulties. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
I believe that life presents challenges for everyone, and seeking support can be an important step toward healing and personal growth. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to develop healthier coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and strengthen their emotional resilience.
As a therapist at Bear’s Pathway Counseling, I am honored to support clients on their journey toward healing, hope, and new beginnings.
